Certificate of Destruction Disclaimer
Certificates of Destruction (COD) must be requested by the customer prior to pickup, collection, or processing of materials. Requests made after materials have been collected, transported, processed, recycled, refurbished, resold, or otherwise
handled may not be eligible for a Certificate of Destruction.
Xtreme Green Recycling cannot guarantee the availability of destruction documentation for materials that were not designated for certified destruction at the time of service. Additional fees, processing requirements, and chain-of-custody procedures may apply when a Certificate of Destruction is requested.
By scheduling service without requesting a Certificate of Destruction in advance, the customer acknowledges that standard recycling and processing procedures may be performed and that a Certificate of Destruction may not be available after the fact.
